2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
3. Edited, manipulated or fraudulent payment receipts are strictly prohibited.
4. Submitting a payment screenshot does not automatically confirm an order.
5. All payments are subject to successful verification before order processing.
6. Orders may be placed on hold if payment information cannot be verified.
7. Orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity may be cancelled.
8. We are not responsible for payments sent to unofficial accounts or third parties.
9. If the transferred amount is less than the order amount, the remaining balance must be paid before processing.
10. Refunds, cancellations and payment adjustments are subject to the applicable Sky Solar Store policies.
